You will receive a tracking number to keep eyes on your package along the way!

Due to the sanitary aspect of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know by using the contact form so that we may best solve the issue.

Why is my skin breaking out or irritated?
Although our products are made from natural ingredients, everything isn’t for everybody if you’re experiencing any discomfort or irritation from any
ALANIA BEAUTY product please discontinue using immediately. It is possible your skin is too sensitive or allergic to an ingredient.
My package is missing what do I do?
Unfortunately, once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for what happens. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS to file a claim.
I receive my package my items are damaged?
Please email us at skin@alaniabeauty.info immediately. As long as you have proof of damage item we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
I put the wrong address on my order, what do I do?
You have 30 mins after placing your order to fix your address on your package. email us at skin@alaniabeauty.info with your order number has the subject and the address you would like to change it to has the body. If it is after 24 hours you will have to pay the address change fee.
